I didn’t get what I paid for. I paid for a queen bed, queen sofa bed, & bunk beds. There were no bunk beds. I was somewhat reimbursed after I reached out and said something (& provided with an inflatable) but it wasn't even a 1/3 of what I deemed fair. It's the principal of the manner. I should have been informed right away and reimbursed without me having to pursue the matter. I don't enjoy leaving a negative review but I'll end on a positive, the beach was beautiful , and the people at the coffee shop were very nice.
The place was amazing and clean! Amenities were great and Justin was very responsive! I would definitely stay again.
Justin is an amazing host & his communication throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. He goes above & beyond to ensure you have the best experience. This is our 3rd time in St Thomas over the last year & this trip we decided to pick a property where you don't need a car & also one that is in walking distance to the beach since our objective this time around was to plant ourselves on the beach the whole stay...And we did just that! And we managed without a car just fine! We enjoyed the beach from sun up til sun down. It is absolutely stunning. I couldnt be happier with our choice & I am so sad to leave. The condo unit is larger than I expected, it's as clean as a whistle & it has just about everything you could need for an all day beach day so you dont need to pack beach towels, sand toys, or a cooler. The only thing you need is goggles but you can buy them at the shop on site. Several sets of fins are available which we used to go snorkeling too. Book this place! It will heal you
