Situated on a cliff overlooking the water, Villa Alta Marea is located in the premier neighborhood of Deck Point and is within minutes of world-class dining, shopping, and beaches. The main house includes five bedrooms and five and a half baths, while the private apartment suite below offers another bedroom and bathroom. Decorated in casual, tropical decor, Villa Alta Marea is a comfortable and spacious home away from home. The newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island.

As you enter through the main entrance on the main level, you are met with a spacious and open living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is located off to the right, along with a queen-sized bedroom. The lower master bedroom is to the left. The remaining three bedrooms of the main house are located upstairs.

The pool deck and covered patio are the real highlights of Villa Alta Marea, showcasing unbelievable sunsets and panoramic views. The infinity pool offers a refreshing place to cool off on a warm Caribbean day while the covered patio provides shade and comfort for outdoor dining and seating.

After spending the day relaxing, take a short taxi ride to Red Hook, which offers wonderful options for shopping and nightlife. Charter a day sail or fishing trip leaving from American Yacht Harbor. Enjoy kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, diving – even zip lining! Endless possibilities for outdoor enjoyment await you. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, less any/all 3rd party transaction or processing fees where applicable. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the beginning of rental forfeit the 50% deposit made at the time of booking, less any/all 3rd party transaction or processing fees wherever applicable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the beginning of stay forfeit the total amount due for the duration of the stay.
