We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, just a short walk from beautiful Sapphire Beach and several great restaurants. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnb rentals over the years—some solid, some… not so much. So heading into our first trip to St. Thomas, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. That changed pretty quickly. From the start, Justin was on top of everything—great communication, helpful tips, and plenty of local insight that made navigating the island easy for first-timers like us. When we arrived, the condo was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get: spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. It didn’t just meet our expectations—it raised the bar. We tend to judge a stay by three simple things: the bed, the pillows, and the shower. Happy to report all three were excellent—no complaints, no compromises. The location was another win. Just about a minute walk to the beach, and every recommendation Justin gave—from getting around to places to check out—was spot on. I don’t hand out glowing reviews lightly, but this one earns it. First the good: if you want to be at the beach, this is a tremendous spot. The condo is a short walk to Sapphire Beach. The beach itself is beautiful and there are a number of amenities in nearby walking or driving distance. The whole area is gorgeous - hard to go wrong. On the other hand: we did have issues during our stay. The condo has wear and tear that you don't see in the photos online. It needs maintenance. I.e. carpets had seen better days - cotton rug was very stained and the jute rugs have trapped many past visitors' sand. Bed was fine, but couch was very uncomfortable, it provided no back support. The property has a professional-feeling management at first, but they failed to resolve our issues and questions. The worst was of which was the fire alarm went off in the middle of our first night (1:30am) for no reason and was difficult to disable. We alerted management but no one came out to check or replace it during our stay. In sum: great location. Place can use some work.
