With two spacious bedrooms—each featuring a split AC unit, a flat-screen TV, and its own private en-suite bath—Bella Vida offers both luxury and privacy. The upstairs bedroom includes a private balcony with comfortable outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation while taking in the panoramic island views.

Bella Vida’s large, well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with everything you need to prepare island-inspired meals. Dine inside at the elegant dining area or enjoy meals alfresco on the covered lanai by the private pool. The lanai, with its cozy outdoor furniture, offers a perfect spot for lounging or gathering with loved ones. **There is a female tenant that lives under the main house but you will never see her or hear her. The apartment has a private entrance from the driveway on the back side of the house (nowhere near the pool deck).
